Peanut Butter and "Jelly" Oatmeal and Egg White Scramble Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 cup water, depending on your preferred oatmeal thickness

  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 5 egg whites, lightly beaten

Directions: In a small pot, bring the water to a simmer. Add the almond butter and cinnamon and stir until smooth. Add the oatmeal and cook until done, about 5 minutes.
