Being slightly obese, and the weight loss examiner for Fort Worth, I have kept my eyes on different things in the Fort Worth community that will help me in my adventure. My family doctor, Jennifer Speaker located at 6825 Green Oaks Road at the Health First Clinic to the Lab Corp testing facility in the same shopping center are immediate support areas in my adventure, so to make a mention of them is necessary. Dr. Speakers PA, Tina Moore is excellent. Right away I talked to her about an ADHD medication that I could take that wouldnt make me jittery, forgetful, and help me to loose weight. She talked to me about the different alternatives on the market. We chose Straterra. At this visit, she put in an order for blood work to check for the cholesterol levels. A fat loss overview can help you establish a clear describe of what you demand to focus on to accomplish your fat reduction objective if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an intermediate or more enhance level of their weight-loss program. Applying are seven steps that can serve as methods for your personal weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss plans have tricked people into considering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss plans only work by producing a person's body to reduce more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Two weeks later, we found out that my cholesterol levels were great, but I have a moderately high triglyceride level. 290 was the exact reading. Needless to say I freaked out.

I got home and did some research. Triglycerides are fat deposits in the blood. Of course to get rid of the fat in the blood, I have to take medicine for awhile to see how well I respond to it. Keeping our fingers crossed that I dont have to take it forever. But, to keep the fats from building up and starting this mess again, I have cut out all sugars in my diet. When I came to realize that it is part of the obesity level of my body, I accepted it as that and did something proactive. I now drink eight glasses of water a day, eat six tiny meals, cut carbs and sugars. I feel fantastic.

As of this report, I have lost eleven pounds. I watch what I eat and drink, read labels, and become creative in the way we prepare foods. Its not a large step, but it is a necessary one. Starting small is better than not doing anything at all. I am not waiting around to die. I have too much to do here first.

To find the levels of triglycerides in your blood go here. This chart will explain where your blood work should be when you take the test.
