After eliminating Arthur, Alison gathered both teams and told them to choose captains. Red chose Justin no surprise, since he had been leading them unofficially and black went with Mama Marci.

The black team was going like gangbusters and whipped the red team.

Red team won the weigh-in, probably because they were beefier and have more to lose. Marci had said that shed sacrifice herself but since they lost the highest percentage of weight she is immune. Sarah had a feeling that shed be eliminated and she was.
The update: Sarah is down to 169 pounds, 92 pounds down, climbing walls and kicking butt. Just dont get pregnant before the finale! (A finalist actually did that in season 3.)
Next week: If both teams combined can lose 64 pounds, everyone gets immunity.
