Meatball Ingredients
- 4 oz lean ground turkey
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 Tablespoon ground oats
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A dash of ground cumin
- 1 egg white
Heat the oil in a nonstick saucepan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Season with a little salt and pepper and cook without browning, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
