You are about to enter Week 4 of the ABCDEFG diet! If you haven't already, please read the Intro, Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3 before continuing on.

This week, we are going to focus on D - Dairy. When you sit and think about it, humans are the only mammal to drink milk past infancy and the only mammal ever to drink the milk of another mammal. MANY, MANY people are allergic to dairy and have been diagnosed as such. However, with the push of the milk companies 3 a day ads, our society as a whole believes they need milk in order to get calcium. That is simply not true. Calcium is found EVERYWHERE (even in vegetables) and is easily supplemented through a healthy whole foods diet, which is what I am encouraging you to follow. If you suffer from a chronic runny nose/congestion, or unexplained rashes, my guess is that dairy is the culprit.

On another side of this topicread these two paragraphs from a great article at www.livingpaleo.com: The environment and living conditions that commercial cows are placed under is not one that promotes good health. They are kept in a confined individual cell on cement floors in an over-crowded building, forced to produce milk ten months of the year. The cows are fed a diet consisting of grains, corn and soy and are more often than not pumped full of antibiotics and growth hormones. A fat loss review can help you establish a clear describe of what you require to focus on to complete your fat loss objective if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an advanced or more advance stage of their weight-loss strategy. Applying are seven steps that can serve as instructions for your personal weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss applications have fooled people into thinking that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by causing a person's body to reduce more muscle tissue and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. An un-healthy cow cannot produce healthy milk, and considering the life span of commercial cows is 42 months (compared to 12-15 years of a pasture cow), the milk is definitely anything but healthy."

Most dairy items we are able to purchase easily at supermarkets are heavily processed. The pasteurization of milk significantly denatures the milk proteins and kills beneficial enzymes and bacteria. This same process is associated with yogurt; but to make things worse yogurt will also contain high traces of added sugar Click this link for more information.
