Famed for hosting the "Biggest Loser," Alison Sweeney celebrates her 36th birthday today looking and feeling her best. She's recently lost weight, shaped up and gotten advice from the world's toughest trainer, Jillian Michaels. Get her diet and fitness secrets here.

When it comes to diet, Alison knows what it's like to struggle with your weight. She has battled the bulge since she was a teen, she told Self magazine recently. Now fitting into a size two, Alison says, "Im more educated about my body and how it all works now, so Im more in control. This is the best Ive ever felt physically and emotionally. Alison lost 30 pounds when she started eating right by cutting down on sweets and eating more fruits and veggies. Her nutrition guru: Jillian Michaels. Alison has even written a book about her success, entitled "The Mommy Diet," designed to help others shed the pounds and revitalize their lives.
