In his ground-breaking book, "Fit2Fat2Fit: The Unexpected Lessons from Gaining and Losing 75 lbs on Purpose," Drew Manning reveals his journey from a happily married, sculpted personal trainer to an obese, unhappy husband...and back again. - One of the biggest mistakes that he sees: "lack of flexibility. - Recognize "the psychological battles that come with weight loss (plateaus, food addictions, fear of being judged at the gym, etc.)," urges Drew. "The toughest part is overcoming the mental and emotional battles."
- Focus not on the scale as much as "becoming medically healthy first rather than just becoming skinny or weighing less," Drew advises.
