Summer is here and you may have just a little leftover jiggle from the winter and you want it gone, right? Right! My team of DC personal trainers and I have created a terrific Metabolic Acceleration Class to help you burn fat, have a great time, and really kick your interval training up a notch.

If you are already exercising you are likely worried if you are getting in enough cardio to burn fat and challenge your body. If this is you then our class is a great fit.

We hold our class 4 times a week in Georgetown. The classes include a metabolic ramp up to start to make sure your muscles are awake and firing correctly, followed by timed intervals where you push yourself followed by short rest, then we finish up with a finisher.

All classes are designed to suit any fitness level and our coaches are trained to help correct your form or give you an alternative exercise that will accomplish just what you want it to.

Just remember that all exercise is cardio, but not all cardio is aerobic! And that a 6-pack starts in the kitchen so make sure you are supplimenting all of your butt kicking workouts with healthy, clean, unprocessed foods.
