Skip the scorching sun for the most eye-dazzling nighttime 5K/10K race, the Firefly Run, taking place this Saturday, October 15 at 7:30 p.m. Now in its second year, the series has added San Jose to its list of cities, and runners dubbed Fireflyers will wind around Plaza De Caesar Chavez.

Participants and spectators alike will be mesmerized by the swarm of runners taking to the streets at dusk wearing thousands of blinking LED lights. A fat burning review can help you establish a clear outline of what you demand to focus on to carry out your fat burning goal if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more boost phase of their weight-loss plan. Following are seven steps that can serve as tips for your own weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same. Many weight loss applications have tricked people into thinking that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss plans only work by producing a person's body to eliminate more muscle flesh and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Both casual walkers and speedy sprinters are welcome, and the post-race celebration includes a costume contest (with prizes) and live entertainment.

Registration is $40, and includes a race t-shirt, Firefly Run LED lights with 3M reflective material, glow-in-the-dark participant bracelet, plus entrance into the post-race party. But additional lighting decoration is welcome, so runners are highly encouraged to try to outshine one another.

This years race also benefits The American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter, which is a non-profit, humanitarian organization that depends on the generous contributions of time and money from local Santa Clara County residents and companies to provide services and programs that help the community prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
