Tonight, with one week until the Biggest Loser season 14 finale, Danni and Jeff assured themselves spots in next weeks finale. But who will be the third finalist? Thats up to America, who will vote for either Jackson or Joe.
The kids returned to the ranch for a final time to see their old selves on video and compare them with how theyre looking and feeling now. Lots of big and inspiring changes.
Back to the grown-ups: Over in the gym, the final five contestants were pushing hard in the gym. And then a blast from the past -- oh, Jackson, one final puke before we say goodbye!

Dr. Dolgoff met with the kids and their parents and had great news for everyone. Lindsay is no longer prediabetic, Biingo lost 25 percent of his body weight (and his mom dropped five dress sizes), and Sunnys blood chemistry is vastly better.
The trainers met with the contestants in what well call Biggest Loser Before and After Theater to see how far they all have come. And yes, there was a Jackson Puke Montage and a Gina Meltdown Montage. Jeffs look back was simply inspiring. Final challenge: Up on a snowy mountain, the contestants did the symbolic put on what you lost challenge. Theyll be pulling a sled behind them, and at each stop they have to put on a weight based on what they lost every week. The winner gets a 1-pound advantage at the weigh-in. Danni and Joe have been hard to beat on the challenges all season so it was no surprise that they were neck and neck for the win. Joe eked out the win and was sure he wouldnt need that 1-pound advantage.
The last Last-Chance Workout: Everyone was fearful about the fact that it would be the last time theyd get to workout with their trainers before they go home for the finale. Danni was especially stressed out, so Jillian had a chat with her outside the gym. It will all be OK and it will all work out like its meant to, Jillian told her.
Bob had a moment with Jeff outside the gym as well. Bob was touched by Jeffs story and that image of him sad and alone in the basement of his moms house really lingered with the trainer. This is what The Biggest Loser is all about. Its about caring about these contestants and I really, really care about them, Bob said.
Final weigh-in: There are two lines a red line and a yellow one. One person will automatically go home and the two below the yellow line will be at the mercy of viewers. Howd they do?

- Jackson: 5 98 pounds lost
- Gina: 2 84 pounds lost
- Jeff: 11 123 pounds lost
- Danni: 11 95 pounds lost
Danni and Jeff are guaranteed a spot as finalists in next weeks finale. Unfortunately, Gina fell below the red line but she left with joy and grace.
Either Jackson or Joe will be the third finalist, and viewers will make that choice. (You can vote at NBC.com/the-biggest-loser.)
The update: Gina has kept going at home and shes down exactly 100 pounds. Looks like she has a great shot at the at-home prize.
