Hawaiian luau TOPS Inspiration Workshop hosted by Sanford 113 was huge success

TOPS ME 113 in Sanford hosted the March Inspiration Workshop in Lyman this past Saturday. The workshop was a huge success!

More that 80 TOPS members in Southern Maine attended the luau theme workshop, many wearing their best grass skirts and colorful leis. The room was beautifully decorated in full Hawaiian theme and the presentations were informative and fun, as always.

Sanford 113 set up a delicious salad and chili bar so members could make their own meal. There were plenty of healthy snacks available too.

Everyone had a wonderful time, and Sanford 113 members made up the majority of the Top 15 Losers. Congrats to all!

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit weight loss support group open to women, men and children (ages 7 and up). Join TOPS ME 113 in Sanford this Wednesday and start your journey to healthy weight loss through weight loss education and support from your TOPS family.

TOPS meetings are fun and inspirational! There is no set weight loss program to follow at TOPS. Instead, TOPS encourages you to follow a healthy lifestyle and to develop a food plan that works for you. Weekly weigh-ins will help keep you on track and membership is affordable!

Stop in and see what TOPS meetings are all about! You can attend your first TOPS meeting for FREE then decide if you want to join. A fat burning overview can help you build a clear summarize of what you demand to focus on to accomplish your fat burning goal if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an advanced or more boost phase of their weightloss plan.
