Dr. Oz explained that the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. And your weight also influences another test that he recommends: blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to deadly heart attacks and strokes. Medicine, lifestyle changes (such as weight loss), and exercise all can help reduce your blood pressure.
