Delicious diet deviled Easter eggs turn egg yolks into gold

What to do with all those colored Easter hard-boiled eggs? I've concocted an egg-cellent recipe for low-calorie deviled eggs that turns hard-boiled egg yolks into gold (a trick that even the Easter bunny can't match)!
