Lisa Lillien, creator of the "Hungry Girl" series, has created the ultimate cookbook for dieters who want delicious meals, snacks and desserts without guilt. In "Hungry Girl to the Max! The Ultimate Guilt-Free Cookbook," Lisa proves that she is the guru when it comes to concocting fabulous foods that score big points on flavor but come in low on the calorie scale.

In her new cookbook, Lisa serves up her best recipe tricks for everything from onion rings to fettuccine to cheesecake. Whether you want pancakes for breakfast or pizza for a midnight snack, Lisa reveals ways to satisfy your cravings without adding to your waistline. For example, Lisa suggests using small wonton wrappers for your next party buffet. They're low in calories, and by filling them with lean meats and veggies, you can bake them rather than fry them to create crowd-pleasing appetizers.

So what's Lisa's favorite treat? In a recent interview with People, she revealed the answer: BLT Pizza, with only six ingredients, from Lisa's "Hungry Girl 300 Under 300: 300 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Dishes Under 300 Calories" cookbook:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 6 slices center-cut bacon (turkey bacon may be used)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped

Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray. Roll out dough on the sheet into a rectangle of even thickness. Bake in oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 4 minutes per side. Once cool enough to handle, break up into pierces and set aside. In a bowl, combine mayo with ranch mix and mix well.
