Last week, US News and World Report released their report of the most popular diets on the market today to determine which diet is the healthiest for most people, and Weight Watchers came in first place of the eight commercial diets marketed to the general public.
Weight Watchers allows dieters to eat whatever they want, as long as they dont go over their daily allotted points for the day. The less restrictive the diet, the more likely dieters are to stick to it and the Weight Watchers diet is designed to help dieters maintain their weight for life after they reach their goal.
US News and World Report evaluated the twenty most popular diets on the market today.
