Is your job making you fat? If you have a job that involves working around food, like working at a restaurant or donut shop or pizza parlor, and if the tasty temptations are just too much for you to handle, quit your job!

If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off, you need to avoid temptations. Period. It makes no sense to work around food if you want to achieve weight loss success.

Even if you don't work in a food environment, take a look around. Is there food readily available? Do your coworkers bring food to the office? Are there vending machines just a few feet away? If those temptations bother you, tell your boss! Strive to get the workplace as food free as possible! If the food must stay, and if it bothers you, quit your job.

If you would like to lose weight, you can join TOPS in Sanford. TOPS is a fun and informative weight loss group that will support you during your weight loss journey. TOPS is non profit and very affordable. You can join ME 113 Sanford any Wednesday at the Fish and Game Club on Route 4 in Sanford. Weigh in is between 5:00pm to 5:55pm and the meeting is from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. New members are asked to arrive at 5:00pm for their first visit.
