You walk into your office on a regular Monday with a fresh diet plan in mind and strong will to stick to it this time around! You have your coffee in one hand and car keys in the other and march into your workplace ready to conquer another week. So how can you develop a habit of saying no to junk food?

Once you realize for yourself that what you eat does matter and it does impact your body and even your mood, it will be easier to tell yourself no the next time somebody offers you that delicious-looking candy bar.   • Stick to your goal! If you made up your mind to follow any diet plan, you most likely spend some time thinking about it and planning it. Do you really want to postpone your efforts for a maximum of 10 minutes sweetness? Think about your diet as one of your goals, just like planning a vacation or applying for a job. Without an effort, there is no result. It is hard at times that is why the results are so rewarding! You will feel that you have a control over your cravings and you will start your week as a strong individual who makes right choices beginning 8 a.m.!
