The Blanks and Dr. Oz made it clear that you dont have to completely give up frozen treats to drop pounds, though. They offered suggestions for four frozen snacks. Their 21-day weight loss plan requires eating one of these 100 calories snacks each evening.
The first and easiest suggestion is to eat two squares of frozen dark chocolate. Another easy option is frozen grapes. The third choice is banana slices with almond butter in between them. Finally, you can dip blueberries in yogurt and freeze them.
Whichever option you chose, make sure to stick to a 100 calorie portion.
