Whether you love to run, jog, walk, stroll or skip, Title Nine is extending an invitation to all Bay Area ladies (sorry, guys!) for its Third Annual Bay Area Title 9K this Sunday, September 16. Grab your gal pals and join in for a morning of running and funning in a fairly flat 9K in Fremonts Quarry Lakes Park on a course of almost all dirt trails, followed by a fun post-race party to celebrate the days accomplishments.
The main event, which starts promptly at 9:00 a.m., is preceded by the Title Nine Rag-A-Muffin Fun Run at 8:15 a.m. Kids aged eight and younger can get in on the action and gain exposure to racing with a free 50-yard dash, which will be broken into heats by age.
