Wearing those peppy peppermint-striped shorts and cheeky grin, weight loss wizard Richard Simmons joined "The Doctors" talk show on Jan. 28 to reveal how to kick-start your weight loss in 2013. When it comes to motivating people to move, this slim-down superstar deserves a prize for his positive attitude and belief that we all possess the ability to exercise.
