Knowing your exercise style is one of the key ingredients when first beginning to choose to workout. Many of you who are already in the habit of working out probably have figured out by now that you either like to work out by yourself or you prefer the workout in a group setting.
There is no right or wrong choice when it comes to either option. The most important idea is that you find what works best for you.
