Everybody loves Barbie. She's nice. She's pretty. And she has a great body, a perfect body in fact. She probably has never had a weight problem, right? She's never had to deal with stretch marks, childbirth, a pouch that just won't go away or emotional eating habits. Barbie has been around for a while, but her body never changes, or our thoughts of her body. It's something that's in the back of our mind. We see an image of Barbie and it takes us back to our childhood and innocent thinking of that's the way we want to look when we grow up. A fat reducing review can help you establish a clear outline of what you need to focus on to achieve your fat burning objective if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an advanced or more boost step of their weight-loss strategy. Applying are seven steps that can serve as instructions for your personal weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same. Many weight loss applications have fooled people into wondering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by resulting in a person's body to burn more muscle flesh and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. And then life happens, real life, not Barbie life. Somewhere along the way of adulthood and living in a stressful society, our bodies take the back seat now. In our quest to lose weight, have we lost our original vision of having a healthy body and now focus on having that perfect Barbie body?

So, what it about a perfect Barbie body that we want?

  • Long, beautiful hair
  • Big, full breasts [sorry guys]
  • An extremely tiny waist
  • Thin thighs that never jiggle
  • Barbie butt [need I say more]
  • And of course, the clothes that are tailor made for her body!

But in real life, what do we get?

  • Unruly hair that can never seem to look right
  • Saggy breasts, esp. after childbirth
  • A pouch in the middle that won't go away
  • Thick thighs that make it hard to wear cute fashion pants
  • Saggy or enlarged bottom
  • Clothes that hide our body or camoflauge our flaws

In our society today, we see extreme ways every day of how to get in shape. Barbie shape. Crazy workouts. Crazy diets. Here, take this pill and lose 10 lbs in 2 days. Unrealistic expectations. Does it have to be this way? Is it true that the only way to get healthy is to have a Barbie body?

Sometimes, we need to take a step back and re-evaluate. Go back to your childhood and remember when being healthy is just something that happened naturally, for most of us. We exercised, it was called playing outside. We ate well, because we were hungry and our moms fixed it for us. We didn't take magic weight loss pills or do extreme exercises because we didn't need to. It is hard to have a perfect Barbie life and most of us don't try anymore, but it not impossible to have a healthy body. By exercising on a daily basis, by eating right and as clean as possible and by believing that we can change our bodies. It takes a lot of work, but the results are worth it once you do make your goals. Set small goals to get started today. Start small so that you don't get discouraged by not having a Barbie body. Set realistic goals that lead you to a healthier body and healthier life, not a Barbie body and Barbie life.

Barbie can be a great role model, but so can you. You have everything inside of you to make a change, something that Barbie doesn't have. So, will you?
