Do you like to bicycle and have a competitive side? Do you have pride in the great State of California and want to help it reach the top slot? Then lace up your shoes, hop on your bike and pedal California to number one.
The National Bike Challenge is a free online competition that is meant to inspire people to bicycle for transportation and recreational purposes. Their goal? To have 50,000 people ride their bicycles 10 million miles by Aug. 31, 2012.
The competition started May 1, 2012. A fat reducing overview can help you build a clear summarize of what you require to focus on to achieve your fat reducing target if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an intermediate or more advance phase of their weightloss program. Applying are seven steps that can serve as methods for your own weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing.
