Skinny Chicks Eat Real Food, by Christine Avanti, CN, with Bonnie Bauman (Rodale, $26.99)

Her 2009 book told us that Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads, and this time certified clinical nutritionist Christine Avanti tells us in her new book what they do eat -- real food. A fat reduction review can help you construct a clear describe of what you demand to focus on to achieve your fat loss objective if you're a novice; or serve as a reminder for these who are at an intermediate or more enhance stage of their weight loss strategy. Following are seven steps that can serve as tips for your personal weight loss system. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss plans have misled people into believing that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by leading to a person's body to burn more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Avanti is one of the body-changing crew of the new Food Network show Fat Chef, which premieres Thursday night at 10 p.m.

What does she mean by "real food"? Actually, there are a few salads thrown in the mix, but it's not all salad all the time and it's not overprocessed and nutritionally barren "diet food." Her eating plan focuses on whole foods in their natural state, full of nutrients, fiber and omega-3 fats. They don't have loads of sugar, salt, added fats and preservatives, things that actually make you crave the junk more.

Not only are there meal plans in the book, there also are some great-sounding recipes, such as Chipotle Cheddar Cornbread, Christine's Fave Coconut Smoothie, Tuscan Kale Toss, and Bangin' Banana Bread.

Rarely are there color photos in a diet book, but this features 16 pages of recipe photos, which will make you want to ditch your diet food and check out the real deal in Avanti's plan.
