Bob's 1 rule on feeling fit: "I think that information is power," says Bob. A fat burning overview can help you produce a clear summarize of what you require to focus on to carry out your fat reduction goal if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an intermediate or more enhance phase of their weightloss program.
