Need a little motivation for weight loss goals or a boring fitness regimen? Mark the calendar for Sunday November 6, 2011. It's the day for the 12th annual PhillyFIT Bash. A day dedicated to fun, motivation, and education, on how to lose weight, stay healthy and fit. The PhillyFIT Bash is sponsored by PhillyFIT magazine and will be held at the Highpoint Drive Philadelphia Sports Club located in Chalfont, Pa. 18914 from 11:00AM until 3:00PM. General admission is just $5.00 and children under the age of six are free.

The event will include a large assortment of weight loss, health and fitness instructions and devices. Including, free healthy food, live bands and DJ work-outs, popular fitness celebrities, and local weight loss and fitness motivational speakers who have overcome the "overweight and fitness battle".
