Dieting isn't easy for anyone. And when you're Khloe Kardashian, constantly in the spotlight of public and media attention, it's even harder. Despite those factors and a tendency to "go back and binge eat and cry," Khloe has succeeded in slimming down for her appearance on "The X Factor," reported Life & Style magazine on Nov. 7.
And although she and her sisters represent the QuickTrim weight loss supplement, Khloe did not mention it during her discussion of how she shed the weight. In contrast, her sister Kim tweeted in October, "Since I started QuickTrim again a few weeks ago, I'm down 6 pounds! Yay best feeling. [Staying in shape] is always going to be a lifelong thing for me," Khloe said realistically. Guiding her along the way: Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who told Life & Style that he creates different routines for each day. And he described Khloe's intensity as "unbelievable. Shes there 20 minutes early and never stops for the entire 60 minutes."
