How does a mother of two maintain a body that looks so bangin' in a bikini? If you're Jessica Alba, it involves a dedication to diet and fitness. And it's not easy: in an interview with Lucky magazine recently, she admitted that she's often "starving - it sucks."
In general, Jessica follows a healthy, organic diet, according to Us Weekly yesterday. "I don't eat a lot of processed foods. I never eat fast food and I don't eat or drink high-sugar, processed anything," she explained. "I stick to mostly organic foods -- lots of vegetables and fruit."
