Super Bowl XLV is just days away, and it features two of the NFL's most storied franchises. The Green Bay Packers take on the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday at 6:28 pm Eastern Standard Time. A fat burning review can help you establish a clear summarize of what you require to focus on to accomplish your fat loss purpose if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for these who are at an intermediate or more boost phase of their weightloss plan. Promptly after are seven steps that can serve as suggestions for your personal weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same. Many weight loss courses have misled people into thinking that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by resulting in a person's body to eliminate more muscle flesh and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Since no Super Bowl party would be complete without guacamole, here is a recipe to help you entertain your guests.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 HASS AVOCADOS (SOFT BUT FIRM, BUT NOT MUSHY)
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION (RED OR YELLOW)
  • 4-6 CLOVES GARLIC (OR ONE CLOVE ELEPHANT GARLIC)
  • CILANTRO
  • 1-2 LIMES
  • 1-2 JALAPENO PEPPERS (OR SERRANO PEPPERS FOR MORE SPICE)
  • 10-15 CHERRY TOMATOES

Directions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scrape out the meat into a proper sized serving bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with fork or masher.
  3. Dice onion and add to avocados.
  4. Finely dice garlic and add to mixture.
  5. De-seed and finely dice hot peppers and add to desired spiciness.
  6. Finely dice cilantro to taste and add.
  7. Mix the ingredients together with a spoon.
  8. Add juice of 1-2 limes to desired consistency.
  9. Quarter or dice cherry tomatoes and add last so that they are not crushed. Stir gently.

Note: Although many people add salt, remember that guacamole is usually eaten with salty snacks, so you can cut down on your salt content by leaving the salt out of the guacamole. If you do add salt, unprocessed sea salt is your best bet.

Guacamole is traditionally served alongside salsa with tortilla chips, but chips of all sorts and crackers are excellent with guacamole. It can also be served with a veggie tray or on top of a salad.

Enjoy! But watch the salt and calories. Most Super Bowl parties involve a wide variety of foods. Be sure to include healthy options in the variety. Go Steelers! Go Packers!
