If you haven't already, please read the following articles before beginning week 5. Introduction, Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 and Week 4.

Welcome to Week 5, mighty warriors! Thus far, we have eliminated Alcohol, Beans, refined Carbohydrates, and Dairy. As long as these are completely out of your diet, please move on and say hello to Week 5: Extra Sweets!

Again, the goal this week is to continue to change your taste buds. By this point, with the elimination of refined carbohydrates, you should be noticing a change in the things you are craving. If not, this step will definitely do the trick! Here, you will eliminate all sweets in the form of sugar. This includes brown sugar, molasses, candy, soda, etc. A fat loss overview can help you establish a clear describe of what you need to focus on to complete your fat loss goal if you're a novice; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more advance step of their weight-loss strategy. Applying are seven steps that can serve as guidelines for your special weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss plans have misled people into believing that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by resulting in a person's body to eliminate more muscle tissue and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Stevia is a great natural sweetener you may feel free to use in coffee and desserts (dipping strawberries in stevia is one of my favorite treats)!

One thing I have noticed since doing this is that the things I used to love, are now way too sweet and do not even appeal to me anymore. My favorite dessert used to be strawberry cheesecake. I would typically have about two pieces when it was served. Now, I struggle to down half a piece and I feel terrible later on because my tastebuds have changed and thus my cravings have changed as well.

This week, take a look at your current diet and see what all of those little 'extras' are. For most Americans it is things like pop (both regular and diet), lattes, splenda, and things you have substituted for your white sugar we have already eliminated. This week we are refining week 3 and your body as well! So c'est la vie extra sweets! Our lives have no more room for you!
