Thursday morning, Joanna Rohrback appeared on CNN to talk about a dance exercise program that she created called Prancerise; it can be done at home or on a walking trail.

Rohrback was asked about the people who have made fun of her horse dance like moves and she said that she will take any and all of the publicity that she can get. Joanna is an extremely fit woman who lives in Coral Springs, FL and she loves her exercise program.

Prancercise is about talking arm sweeping and small steps while you are walking and it looks much like how a horse moves. Joanna says that this exercise program is fun and it can make you fun and build muscle strength as well.

Joanna started Prancercise, LLC and started publishing YouTube videos about five months ago and started her fitness craze.
