Do you think about how food will affect you after you eat it? Or do you just eat it and regret it? Let's think about this for a moment.

How does food make you feel? How do certain foods like junk food make you feel? How does healthy food make you feel? Do you really know what you are eating on a day-to-day basis? If you are wondering what you need to do here it is...write down everything that goes into your mouth and how you feel within the next hour. By doing this you will see what exactly is going in your mouth and how it is really making you feel.

Say you eat a small bag of potato chips...you know the ones with all the grease and salt! How do you feel after eating that whole bag of chips? Do you feel disgusted or do you feel happy? I'm pretty sure about 90% of you would say disgusted! You regret eating those potato chips because they do absolutely nothing for you.

What about those of you who say happy? Why do they make you happy? Do the potato chips really make you happy or you just think that they make you happy? By writing everything down and taking notice of what you are eating you are taking charge of your life. This is the first step in realizing what is going into your mouth at all times and what you need to change.
