The marathon: The final four showed up at the starting line ready to run. But first the bus. All 11 eliminated contestants jumped off the bus, looking great.
In addition to winning a spot in the finale, the top five also get lots of cash. Bonnie was there but she wasnt taking part because her knee was too bad.
Everyone had different strategies alternating walking and running, straight running, straight walking, strolling in a straw hat (talking to you, Boston Johnny!).
If running on a dry lake bed wasnt bad enough, the wind kicked up a giant cloud of dust. Brutal! Then some of the players started breaking down. Dr. Huizenga pulled the plug on Vinnys run and tried to do the same with Joe but he wasnt having any part of it. Eventually, Dr. H told him he didnt want anything to get in the way of him losing the rest of the weight, and Joe tearfully entered the van.
The finish: Ramon was in the lead, looking like he had taken a stroll in the park. He finished more than strong and won a spot in the finale. Courtney was No. 2, John was No. 3, Jessica was No. 4 and Patrick was No. 5. That means four out of the top five finishers were in the Youngsters group. Boston Johnny and Debbie from the Oldsters group finished last but finished strong.

Weigh-in: Four will weigh-in, two will drop below the red line. These weigh-ins were from the time they left the ranch until after the marathon, a couple months at least.
