Losing weight becomes increasingly challenging as you get older.   • For dinner, get your omega-3s and healthy fats with poached salmon, accompanied by broccoli with garlic, a salad and low-carb salad dressing.
  • For snacks, choose from low-carb treats such as cream cheese-stuffed celery, Atkins bars or Atkins shakes.
