Were kicking off Biggest Loser season 11, week 20 with a Quote of the week, from Olivia: If you want to be a champion, go be a champion!
Team purple Olivia and her sister Hannah are one half of the final four, the other two being Nine Lives Jay and Irene.
Bob and Jillian welcomed the final four into the gym for one of their final workouts and one of Jillians final workouts on the show. Bob said to them about making it into the finals: Dont leave it to America -- leave your destiny in your hands.
Loved that Olivia mentioned that all her life she hasnt been a finisher who hasnt felt that way when another diet failed or when they got bored on the treadmill? But this time, she wants to finish strong. What happened here changed me, Olivia told Bob.
Cooking pop challenge: Its a turkey burger contest, and they have to cook for a bunch of kids. Winner gets $5,000 and the chance to send anyone they want to the Biggest Loser Resort for a two-week stay. Olivias green slime burger didnt go over well with some of the kids It was just nasty! one kid yelled. The two faves were Hannahs cheesy turkey burger and Jays volcano burger. Jay the idea guy had the most kiddies behind him and he was the winner. HERE'S HIS RECIPE.
The challenge: The past few seasons have been marathons but this season its different. They met up on a golf course with season 10 winner Patrick House and learned that theyd be walking the course with a weighted golf bag loaded down with their original weight. Winner gets a $15,000 Cybex home gym. The contestants were having a heck of a time dragging that weight around, which made them appreciate even more how much weight they removed from their bodies. Hannah was determined to finally win a challenge and by (sugarless) gum, she did!
Last last-chance workout: All four trainers were in the gym to help the fab four burn up the floor for the weigh-in. Kinda surprised that no one mentioned that it would be Jillian's last time screaming at people in the Biggest Loser gym. (Awww, gettin' all misty eyed over that one.)
Weigh-in: The two people with the highest percentage of weight lost are definitely in the finals. The other two people will have to plead their cases to viewers who will vote in the third finalist. Howd they do?
- Irene: 3. Total weight lost, 111 pounds
- Jay: 4. Total weight lost, 158 pounds

You know what that means team purple is in the finals. For the first time ever, an intact team will be competing for the title of season 11 Biggest Loser. Hannah also took part in some new Biggest Loser records: The most women to lose 100 pounds, and the first team to make it to the finals. That means viewers will be voting for either Jay or Irene to be in the finals.

Now its time for the four to head home. All four looked absolutely incredible, and whoa, Hannah, that is some dress! For the first time, I feel not broken Irene told her adoring crowd. Once they got back home, they got the customary DVD of their time on the ranch, where the before contestant now gets to talk to the nearly after.
