Its a healthier take on the authentic recipe, and is completely crispy and delicious without being fried.

Bettys Baked Buffalo Wings

  1. Buy a package of chicken wings, cut off the wing tips, and separate the drumette and double-bone pieces at the joint.
  2. Bake wings on a foil-lined in a 400 degree preheated oven until the chicken is crispy on the outside and no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway during cooking so they cook evenly.
  3. Mix about three tablespoons butter, a dash of vinegar, plus one tablespoon of Franks Hot Sauce in a large bowl.
  4. Add the wings to the bowl, and toss them gently until completely coated.
  5. Place the wings on a second foil-lined cookie sheet, and bake again at 275 degrees for about 10-15 minutes so they get nice and crisp.
