  • Tune into your local fitness channel
  • DVDs-rent or borrow a fitness DVD from a friend
  • Run up and down the stairs or track bleachers-Its the same workout youd get on a Stairmaster.
  • Go for a walk, jog or run outside.
  • Borrow your childs jump rope and create your own boot camp class
  • For strength training (resistance) work, there are many exercises you can do using your own body weight as resistance-pushups, lunges, squats, planks, etc. To make it doubly effective, you can combine your cardio and resistance training by doing interval training using plyometric exercises with bursts of movement like squat jumps, etc.
