Today's "Dr. Oz Show" featured trainer Brett Hoebel, a trainer on season 11 of "The Biggest Loser," the recent Food Network series "Fat Chef" and creator of Beachbody's Rev Abs workout program. He was on Friday's show to help the TV doc explain how to target belly fat.

But unlike the usual laundry list of "miracle" supplements that Dr. Mehmet Oz has been hyping lately, Hoebel emphasized -- gasp! -- diet and exercise on Friday's show. He was joined in the segment by Dr. Oz and two women who completed Hoebel's RevAbs program and lost more than 100 pounds apiece.

Anti-Bloat Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup papaya
  • 3/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 pear, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger, fresh
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 mint leaves (garnish)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Blend all ingredients.
