For months, LeAnn Rimes has denied rumors that she suffers from an eating disorder. Talking with Katie Couric on her Oct. 25 show and appearing frail, LeAnn insisted that she underwent her recent 30-day treatment to focus only on stress and anxiety. When she first checked into the in-patient facility, her representative told ABC News on Aug. 30, "While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms."
