Yes, it is finally over, this most touted presidential election. Im sure there are some people that are happy and some people that are angry about the election results. Its sad that we are a divided country on many issues including our candidates that we hope will improve our country. Well, this writer has a different thought perspective on this 2012 presidential election. It would be hard to believe that one person or one election can change the world or our United States for the better of all. In fact some people would say that one person cannot change the world, it takes a collaboration of the world inhabitants to make positive change happen. In this case the citizens of the United States need to somehow work together to bring positive change this wonderful nation of ours. There are many serious issues in the United States that need to be addressed but the writer will focus one large problem that creating a lot of health problems for this nation.

First and foremost, the writer has mentioned this many times before, our nation has the highest obesity rates in world and no amount of free or paid health insurance can fix that. No presidential election or political candidate can change that on his or her own without the support of its people they govern. A fat loss overview can help you build a clear outline of what you need to focus on to accomplish your fat burning target if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for these who are at an advanced or more enhance step of their weight-loss program. Applying are seven steps that can serve as methods for your own weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss applications have tricked people into thinking that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss plans only work by producing a person's body to reduce more muscle tissue and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. We as the citizens of the United States have to try somehow to make more positive health changes in our life or else we are setting ourselves for bigger health issues that all of us will have to pay for one way or another. If you as a citizen of the United States are angry about this election, turn that frustration into something positive by making positive health changes in your world. Make these positive health changes for you, your family and some of us that you may never meet that would certainly be happy that you are trying to improve these high United States obesity rates. We as a nation need to try and eat healthier foods and exercise. The writer is still amazed at how many people will drive their vehicles one block to get a small item or park so close to stores entrances, as if they are afraid to walk any distance. Of course one can say easier said than done, but this needs to happen for the health of all of us. This bottom line is this; lets stop trying to rely on one Presidential election to change our world for the better. We as citizens of this great country the United States need to take a more active role in the improvement of our world; it starts with positive health changes with ourselves first and foremost.
