Don't be fooled.

If a supplement or a shake actually achieved all of the things that it claimed EVERYONE would use it and NEVER STOP.

Every supplement or shake company boasts the same marketing with before and after photos, praise about their particular product or program and powerful marketing claims (besides, who would want to buy the truth?).
So, which one is better? In reality, the best one is the one that you enjoy and will continue to use.

Do yourself a favor - log onto all of the big company websites, read the reviews, look at the research, read the marketing - the mission and message is the same... It is actually at best quite comical and at worst defeating to the person that buys in to another new "program" only to be disappointed again...

In my 20 years of coaching individuals I have seen literally dozens of the "most amazing" breakthrough products and programs. They all have the same thing in common, except now they have social media to better promote their products and recruit their new sales force.
