Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince, left leg braced by a cast after a trampoline accident, was on CNN today with Suzanne Malveaux to discuss his White House visit and give her some workout tips.
CNN Center is in Atlanta, which is also where Quince has his Body Sculptor personal training company.
Malveaux confessed to the trainer, "Dolvett, it's my favorite show. It's inspiring. It's really inspiring." She asked him how it was to work out with First Lady Michelle Obama.
"She was sweating, she was loving the workout," Quince said. "I yelled at her a little bit, she yelled at me. It was great -- I was at home."
He then showed Malveaux some simple but effective exercises, including bench dips, some sitting ab crunches and a little upper-body dumbbell work.

Next week's Biggest Loser promises to be explosive
Today, NBC released more details about the next couple episodes of The Biggest Loser. Turns out, we'll find out the first two finalists on next week's show, which is pretty darn early given past seasons. We don't know which two, but SheKnows Reality TV Magazine reported today that Mark Cornelison let some tweets slip back in February that made it sound like he was walking away from the show. But those tweets were wiped off his Twitter page, so who knows?
But on Tuesday, April 24, all the eliminated contestants (but probably not the ones who just up and quit) return to the ranch to compete in a four-part challenge. The challenge winner will secure the third spot as a finalist for the Biggest Loser season 13 finale.
When is the Biggest Loser season 13 finale? It is Tuesday, May 1. In odd-numbered seasons past, the finale has been mid-May, but given all the drama, this season can't end soon enough.
