First Lady Michelle Obama is known for her devotion to a healthy diet and fitness program for herself and her family. She's seeking to spread that message to America and has even authored a food-related book, "American Grown: The Story of the White House Kitchen Garden and Gardens Across America." Those qualities and her love of cooking made her the perfect guest for Rachael Ray, who invited the First Lady on her show. Here's a sneak peek of their discussion, which airs tomorrow.
"You know, he [President Obama] doesn't mind grilling but I was the griller in our household. I was the griller, I love to grill anything," the First Lady admitted. "If I do have a talent, it is hula-hooping. I can hula-hoop forever. And I've been a hula-hooper since I was little. That and double-dutch," the First Lady announced.
