Washington, DC Trainer Coaches TV Show for Women with PCOS

Last year I was asked to be the fitnes expert on the PCOS TV show to help women with PCOS get in shape - this was only one component of the show. As the local DC personal trainer I was given the task to get the women in shape and help them with some of their physical goals.

We filmed the entire 13 week series here in DC - in Georgetown to be specific. All of the women who particiapted are local as well which I thought was a really unique thing the producers did.

If you don't know what PCOS stands for it means polycystic ovary syndrome and is probably the leading cause of infertility in America. If you find yourself having fertility issues, emotional issues, weight loss issues (especially abdominal), you might want to ask your doctor for more information.

I don't mind saying how impressive and very inspiring it is to see what the ladies accomplish over the course of the 13 weeks - and you can check it out as well as all of the episodes (so far 3) are avaiable online.
