Q. How was it this season having the Dream Team of Bob, Dolvett and Jillian all working with the contestants?
A. It was great. Bob and I gave it a shot last season, but I think Jillian was the missing link, he said. It takes a woman sometimes to balance out two guys in the same room. I think it was a great synergy.
We liken ourselves to The Avengers, he said with a laugh. Everyone has their superhero costume on when we walk in that ranch, and we really take what we do very seriously.
Granted, we have three different styles and every superhero has different styles, he continued. Its great, I loved it.
Q. How did this season of Biggest Loser stack up to the previous seasons that youve been on?
A. Season 12 was amazing for me it was nerve wracking, it was exciting. It was all those things because it was the first time on a show that Ive loved for many years, he said. Going into the second season, I was giddy and excited. I was the kid in my sophomore year. Weve definitely had a progression of great, different groups of people as weve moved forward.

Who are you most excited to see tonight?
"Im really excited to see the kids. Ive been working with the adults so closely, I kind of can gauge what theyre going to look like, whos gonna do what. But its the kids I really want to see the joy in their faces, he said. Im motivated by the young people, in that we have to start making changes now. I dont know what the next season is going to bring in terms of helping out children, so nows my opportunity to celebrate their changes. So thats my biggest motivation.
What is it like for you to be seen as a sex symbol? Has it changed your life?
Its fun, its nice, he said with a laugh. Its nice to be acknowledged for what my dads passing down. I get a lot more emails now than ever before. Ive been proposed to now more than ever before.
