INTRODUCTION TO KETTLEBELL AND BODY WEIGHT TRAINING

This free course introduces you to the world of kettlebell and bodyweight training.

Many of the basic kettlebell lifts and moves with be demonstrated and you will learn how to use these versatile and performance driven tools. A fat loss overview can help you produce a clear outline of what you need to focus on to accomplish your fat loss target if you're a novice; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more boost step of their weight-loss strategy. Applying are seven steps that can serve as guidelines for your special weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not exactly the same thing. Many weight loss applications have tricked people into thinking that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss plans only work by leading to a person's body to burn more muscle tissue and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. I will help you select the proper weights for each movement to keep you safe and insure that your execution maximizes your performance.

This course will give you the foundation you need to participate in IronBell Training, an integrated kettlebell and bodyweight training program that guarantees results.

We will go through safety drills, proper execution of the movements and we will participate in a training session incorporating these movements as the finale.

There will also be a raffle and one person will walk away with 8 weeks of IronBell Training for free with no obligations.
