Diet and weight have recently been linked to Alzheimer's and memory loss. Dr. Mehmet Oz and his experts are taking that link one step further: they've created a brain diet that can enhance your memory, prevent Alzheimer's, and improve your overall health and weight.

As your belly expands, your brain tends to shrink, cautions Dr. Oz. Choose what you eat carefully by focusing on superfoods, which reduce inflammation, increase blood flow, and help with weight loss.
