You're out holiday shopping with your pals. You stop in at your local Starbucks. In honor of the season you order a Caramel Brule Latte. You just got yourself a meal.

At 420 calories, that beverage is more caloric than a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich (410 calories). The sandwich and a glass of unsweetened tea is a normal meal. That sweet, fatty latte you just quaffed is of limited nutritional value and cost you as much as lunch in calories. But the worst part about it you didn't really plan to drink your lunch. You still want lunch. As a result, you will probably consume two lunches today. This is the way we gain weight over the holidays.

At holiday time, drinks are especially insidious. More than likely we will find ourselves in settings where we can be persuaded to have a drink. However, folks just assume because they are less satisfying, drinks are also less caloric. Be aware of the calorie content of some of the holiday favorites. An eggnog with rum is 370 calories. Try the light version instead (minus the rum) at 240 calories.

Some folks dilute their drinks with sugar free tonic water or diet ginger ale in beer. A fat reduction review can help you build a clear describe of what you require to focus on to accomplish your fat reduction goal if you're a novice; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an intermediate or more improve stage of their weightloss strategy. Following are seven steps that can serve as tips for your special weight loss system. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not exactly the same thing. Many weight loss plans have tricked people into believing that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss applications only work by leading to a person's body to burn more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. It's easy to tell yourself you will have a sugar free tonic and lime instead of a delicious Mojito. The Mojito will run you 180 calories; while the sugar free tonic and lime is nothing.

However, if you are in the mood to indulge yourself, try a White Russian (355 calories) instead of that hot buttered rum (418 calories). Better yet, go for the Brandy Alexander at a mere 246 calories.

If you prioritize, you might be able to have your Mud Slide (295 calories) and drink it too!
