Carlisle Summerfair 5K/10K Run

We know that running has numerous health benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced blood pressure, weight management, and overall improved health and wellness. If youve just started running and feel like you may be ready to take on your first 5K, or if youre no longer a novice and youre ready to jump into a bit of a longer race by joining the 10K, the Carlisle Summerfair may have just what youre looking for to kick up your running routine.

On Saturday, July 2, a 5K/10K run is being held as a part of the Carlisle Summerfair. All racers must register prior to running; however registration is free of charge.
