Greek yogurt made a huge splash a few years ago when Fage arrived on grocer's shelves. • Ben and Jerry's Greek frozen yogurt: 180-210 calories (depending on flavor), 5-8 grams fat, 6 grams protein

Ben and Jerry's has twice the calories as the other Greek froyos, and in some cases more than twice. And it's also a lot higher in sugars than other varieties. The Ben & Jerry's flavors average around 23 grams of sugars compared with Lifeway, which averages 17 grams of sugars.
